I've never been on a wine tour before. How does it work?
You will be picked up at your specified location and we will head to wine country! Depending on the tour selected, we will stop at one or two wineries where you will get to taste a minimum of 4 wines at each one. We will show you how to taste wine like a pro (or you can sip it however you like). We will then stop for lunch or snacks where you will be given some private time to enjoy a nice meal and more BC wine! From there we will stop at a few more wineries. Finally, we will take you back to where you were picked up, which wraps up the tour.
Do you offer shuttle services?
No, we do not offer shuttle services. We specialize in offering fully curated experiences with knowledgeable a guide. If there are specific wineries you would like to visit, you may request them when booking a private tour and we will do our best to accommodate them. Your guide will still be with you throughout the day to provide information, answer questions and give recommendations. We want to make sure you have the best experience possible. We believe offering a driver only experience would not align with this.
How many guests can you accommodate?
Currently we are able to accommodate a minimum of 2 guests to a maximum of 4 guests on all tours.
What is your cancellation policy?
Any cancellation 15+ days in advance of the tour date, a full refund of monies paid, less $25 administration per guest. Between 2 – 14 days prior to tour date, 50% cancellation fee will apply to each person, and 50% will be refunded per person. Within 48 hours of the tour date, no refund will be issued. Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule within same calendar year.
What if I want to add guests from my booking?
We are able to add guests for your booking up until the day before your tour, and with availibility of the establishments.
Where do you pick up from?
Our tours accommodate pick-ups in Harrison Hot Springs, Agassiz, Chilliwack, Abbotsford, Mission, Aldergrove, Langley, Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows. Please note that an additional transportation fee will apply for some locations.
Why is there a transportation fee on my tour?
Due to rising costs, we have added a transportation fee to some of our tours. This fee covers the cost of additional gas and additional time (tour guide’s wage) for your tour, based on the distance from our head office in Mission and is a one time, flat fee for the entire tour.
What time will I be picked up?
Pick-up times vary depending on the tour you’ve booked. We will email you a minimum of 48 hours prior to your tour with your exact pick-up window. Please
email us if you’d like to confirm your pick-up time sooner than this.
What happens if I'm not ready on time for my pick-up?
Please try to give yourself enough time to be ready to go for your tour! If you are not going to be ready at your designated pick-up time, please call or text 604-308-6683.
If you or another guest are late for a tour, it is up to your group if you wish to wait. Lateness may affect the tour itinerary, and may result in the removal of a tasting stop. No refunds will be given for changes to the tour itinerary due to guests being late for the pick-up.
Please see our
Terms & Conditions for more information.

How many wineries do you visit on a tour?
Please visit our
Wine Tours page to see how many wineries are included on each tour
How do you choose the tour stops?
Our tour partners are chosen because we personally support their vision and products – these are places we ourselves would choose to have a drink! Tour to tour, stops are chosen based on pick-up locations and rotation – we have more stops than we are able to visit in a day so we often rotate our stops throughout the week. We can try to accommodate any requested stops and customizations on a case by case basis.
Do you only visit wineries?
Wine tours are our area of expertise, but we also offer
Beer Tours and
Mixed Tours that can include wine, beer, spirits, and/or cider! Learn more
here.
How long is the tour?
Our tours may take anywhere from 6 to 8 hours depending on your pick-up location. Typical pick-up time is between 9am-10:30am and drop-off between 4:30pm-6pm.
Do I have to try all of the wine?
We encourage you to try everything you can, as this is the best way to learn more about wine, but no, you do not have to try all of the wines and anything you do not like you may pour out! (Nope, this isn’t rude! Wineries supply dump buckets for this purpose and for those who are only tasting, not drinking the wine!)
Do you stop for lunch?
On most tours, yes. Lunch and charcuterie is at your own expense. This allows you to choose whatever you like rather than be restricted to a group menu!
Are there vegan/vegetarian/GF lunch options?
Yes! Please let us know ahead of time if you have any dietary restrictions and we will be sure our lunch stop is able to accommodate you – we may need to move to a local restaurant, rather than brewery or winery.
What should I wear on the tour?
You are welcome to wear whatever you like, so long as you are clothed! We recommend wearing flat shoes as heels are not ideal for walking on gravel driveways or in vineyards! Also, try to avoid wearing perfume or cologne as this can overpower the wine.
How much wine will we drink?
More than enough! You will get to taste a minimum of 4 wines at each winery and our lunch or charcuterie stop will have local wine options available to pair with your meal. Our tour is meant to be fun and educational!
You will likely get a little tipsy and have loads of fun, but you are expected to be respectful to other guests, your guide and winery staff. The wineries have the right to not accept any drunk or disorderly guests. We do not offer refunds if this should happen and reserve the right to remove unruly guests from the tour. For more information please see our
Terms & Conditions.
Can I drink wine or other alcohol in the tour van?
No. BC Laws dictate that open alcohol is not allowed in vehicles or in public. We provide a wine check for you during the tour and store your wine purchases in boxes in the rear of the vehicle. If you are found to be drinking alcohol in our tour vehicle, we reserve the right to remove you from the tour. For more information please see our
Terms & Conditions.
Will I be able to drive after the tour?
If you need to travel after the tour, we recommend arranging transportation as you will have consumed a significant amount of alcohol on the tour and should not drive afterwards.
What form of payment do you accept?
We require full payment at the time of booking. We accept most major credit cards or E-transfer. E-transfers must be sent within 24 hours of reserving your tour. Your tour will not be booked until payment has been received. If payment is not received within 48 hours, your reservation will be voided and your tour date may be offered to another customer.
